Quantum Shielddocs

Quantum Shield

Post-quantum custody for a token on Robinhood Chain. A shielded balance moves only under a signature made of hashes.

Every wallet on an EVM chain is protected by one assumption: that nobody can turn a public key back into its private key. That assumption is the elliptic curve discrete logarithm, and Shor's algorithm solves it on a quantum computer. The public key of a wallet is published the first time it signs, and stays on the chain forever.

Quantum Shield removes the assumption. QSHIELD is an ordinary ERC-20 that trades on its Uniswap v4 pool. Shield it, and it sits in a vault under an account that no elliptic curve key controls. The only thing that moves a shielded balance is a hash-based signature, verified on-chain in a single call, whose security rests on keccak256 and nothing else.

What it does

PropertyHow
Hash-based keysAn account is the root of a tree of one-time keys. A signature is 67 hash chain values and a Merkle path, checked by the vault itself.
No wallet, no ETHThe vault is an ERC-4337 account. A shielded balance is sent or sold with a signature alone; the vault pays the gas and the account pays a small fee in the token.
Buy straight into the shieldOne transaction turns ETH into a shielded balance. The token never rests in a wallet.
Every trade pays the shieldedThe token's creator fees are collected on-chain and half of them buys QSHIELD for the vault, raising the value of every shielded balance.
Nobody holds the keys to the vaultNo owner, no upgrade, no initializer. Every address the vault works with is fixed at construction.
